Project Description

Ashlie Surur is of Counsel for Hall, Jaffe & Clayton, LLP where she advises and represents clients in all aspects of civil litigation in state and federal courts, including trials and appeals, administrative proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations. She handles a wide variety of civil litigation, including, tort and product liability, trucking and transportation, retail and hospitality, professional liability defense, and insurance. Her cases routinely involve catastrophic injury claims, wrongful death and fraud.

Before joining the firm, Ashlie worked in the commercial practice group at a large, national firm where she handled cases involving contract and business disputes, wrongful termination, employment discrimination and harassment, homeowner’s association litigation, real estate disputes, D&O and shareholder litigation, and civil rights violations.

In addition to private practice, Ashlie volunteers her time representing abused and neglected children for the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada’s Children’s Attorney Project.

Outside of the courtroom, Ashlie enjoys hiking and backpacking, reading a good book, and watching Dodger baseball (preferably at the ballpark).
